The Kress EyePilot® 4×4 RTKⁿ KR280E robotic mower is designed for fully autonomous lawn maintenance on smaller gardens with more challenging terrain. Ideal for properties with slopes, uneven ground, or complex layouts, it removes the need for boundary wires while delivering consistent and efficient mowing performance.
Combining RTKⁿ satellite navigation, EyePilot® intelligent vision technology, and a 4×4 drive system, the KR280E provides accurate coverage with enhanced traction and control across demanding conditions.
The KR280E uses RTKⁿ (Real-Time Kinematic) satellite navigation to achieve centimetre-level accuracy without boundary wires or perimeter installations. This keeps setup simple and allows complete flexibility in lawn layout.
Even where trees or structures affect signal strength, the mower maintains stable positioning for continuous, accurate mowing.
The integrated 4×4 drive system provides excellent grip and stability on slopes and uneven ground, allowing the mower to handle gradients of up to around 84% (≈40°), far beyond standard robotic mowers.
The EyePilot® system uses visual recognition technology to detect and respond to obstacles in real time, ensuring smooth navigation around garden features while maintaining efficient mowing patterns.
Rather than random movement, the mower follows a controlled mowing pattern to ensure even coverage and a neat, uniform appearance across the lawn.
An efficient cutting system delivers a consistent finish across varying grass conditions, with adjustable cutting height to suit different lawn requirements.
The Kress app provides full control over scheduling and operation. A washable underbody allows for easy cleaning, while automatic updates help maintain performance over time.
