Our Return Policy

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 28 days from the date of purchase.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return an Item
  1. Submit a Return Request
    To start the return process, please fill out the return form below. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Wait for Approval
    Once you’ve submitted the form, we will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return, including shipping information if applicable.

  3. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Refund or Exchange
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, you can choose to receive either a refund to your original payment method, a product exchange, or store credit.
